Project Overview

I was responsible for end-to-end sales management. This included Catalog optimization, Pricing control, Buy Box strategy, and ensuring account health remained in excellent standing. The client had branded listings already in place, and my job was to Maximize Daily Sales while staying compliant with Amazon’s performance standards.

Objectives

My main objectives for this Project were:

  • Boost Daily Sales

Increase the volume of daily orders through better Pricing, Buy Box wins, and Sales tracking.

  • Win the Buy Box More Frequently

Monitor pricing against competitors and adjust in real-time to improve Buy Box percentage.

  • Manage Inventory Efficiently

Avoid stockouts by planning restocks in advance based on performance and velocity.

  • Keep the Account Healthy

Maintain top-tier metrics including Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Policy Compliance.

Monitored key metrics such as Daily Sales, Buy Box %, Inventory Levels, and Account Health to ensure consistent growth and smooth operations.

Results

  • +110% Increase in Daily Sales: Strong growth by maintaining competitive pricing and tracking key SKUs.
  • Buy Box Win Rate Peaked at 85%: Won and retained the Buy Box on top listings through consistent price monitoring.
  • Zero Account Health Flags: Kept all metrics clean, no late shipments, no policy violations.
  • $15,400+ Revenue in 1 Month: Client crossed this target within the first 30 days of account handling.

Conclusion

This project proved how a well-managed wholesale account can generate steady revenue without the need for private label listings. From Buy Box wins to ad profitability, every aspect was optimized to support long-term, scalable growth on Amazon.
